“Be Successful”

There are playlists on Spotify where motivational speakers share inspiring parables or yell about how “You didn’t come this far to only come this far!” And “You gotta WANT IT” over epic music that feels like it’s part of the Rocky soundtrack. These are really fun to listen to during workouts when you’re trying to push yourself (at least for me, being a 3). These motivational speeches, as in-the-moment inspiring as they may be, are basically expressions of Vanity and the 3’s incessant, overwhelming need to be better, stronger, fitter, faster, more successful.
